01 General Terms & Conditions

Ba8 is an internationally licensed online gaming platform providing entertainment gaming services to users in Bangladesh and across South Asia. ba8's Terms & Conditions apply to all users, both registered and unregistered.

These Terms & Conditions govern all aspects of using the ba8 platform — from account registration to payments, bonuses, gaming conduct, and account closure. ba8 reserves the right to amend these terms at any time, and your continued use of the platform following any changes will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.

• Ba8's services may only be used for personal and recreational purposes.

• The Bengali version of these terms is provided for ease of understanding; in the event of a legal dispute, the original English version shall prevail.

02 Account Registration & Eligibility

To open an account with ba8, you must meet certain basic eligibility requirements. If the conditions below are not met, ba8 reserves the right to close your account at any time.

• Age Requirement: You must be a minimum of 18 years old to register with ba8. Accounts belonging to users under 18 will be closed immediately, and their balance may be forfeited.
• One Account Policy: Only one account is permitted per person, household, device, or IP address. Creating multiple accounts will result in all accounts being suspended.
• Accurate Information: You must provide accurate and truthful information when registering. Submitting false or incorrect details is a violation of our terms.
• Identity Verification (KYC): Before processing a withdrawal, ba8 may request identity verification via national ID or passport.
• Account Transfer Prohibited: Allowing another person to use or selling your account is strictly prohibited.

03 Deposit & Payment Policy

Several payment methods are available for depositing funds into ba8. All deposits are processed through secure, encrypted channels. Deposit-related policies in accordance with ba8's Terms & Conditions are outlined below.

• Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method. Please refer to the Payments page for details.
• Mobile Banking, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer are currently available as supported payment methods.
• Deposits are generally credited to your account within a few minutes. If there is any delay, please contact the support team.
• Payments from third-party accounts are not accepted. The name of the payer must match the account holder's name.
• Ba8 reserves the right to decline or refund any deposit under certain circumstances.
• Ba8 does not charge any additional fees on deposits; however, the payment provider may apply their own charges.

04 Withdrawal Policy

Withdrawing funds from ba8 is a straightforward and transparent process. However, withdrawal requests that do not comply with ba8's Terms & Conditions may be declined.

• KYC verification must be completed on your account before a withdrawal can be processed.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Winnings from bonuses can only be withdrawn after the applicable wagering requirements have been met.
• Withdrawal processing typically takes 24 to 72 hours. For urgent requests, please contact the support team.
• Ba8 may request additional verification for suspicious transactions, during which withdrawals may be placed on hold.
• If fraud or a breach of terms is established, the withdrawal may be cancelled entirely.

05 Bonus & Promotion Terms

Ba8 regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. These bonuses are subject to the following Terms & Conditions.

• Wagering Requirement: Each bonus has its own wagering requirement, which typically ranges from 10x to 30x the bonus amount.
• Validity Period: Bonuses must generally be used within 7 to 30 days. Any unused bonus will be automatically forfeited upon expiry.
• One Welcome Bonus Only: The welcome bonus is available to each new member once only.
• Bonus Abuse Prohibited: Attempting to collect bonuses through multiple accounts or with the assistance of third parties is a breach of terms.
• Applicable to specific games: Some bonuses are only valid for use on specific games or categories. See the promotions page for full bonus details.
• Maximum Bet Limit: A maximum single bet limit may apply when playing with bonus balance.

06 Prohibited Activities

Ba8 aims to maintain a fair and safe environment for all members. The activities listed below are strictly prohibited and may result in account termination and balance forfeiture.

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Registering with a fake identity or using someone else's details.
• Using software, bots, or automated tools to play games.
• Intentionally exploiting platform vulnerabilities or bugs.
• Colluding with other members to share or pool bonuses.
• Using the ba8 platform for money laundering or any illegal financial activity.
• Abusive or threatening behavior toward ba8 staff.
• Conducting transactions using a third-party payment account.

07 Privacy & Personal Data

08 Responsible Gaming Policy

Responsible gaming is a core part of ba8's Terms & Conditions. We believe gaming is for entertainment — it should never be seen as a source of income or a financial solution.

• Deposit Limit: You can set your own daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits.
• Gaming Break: You may take a gaming break ranging from 24 hours up to 6 weeks whenever needed.
• Self-Exclusion: Options are available to exclude yourself from the platform either permanently or for a set period.

09 Account Closure & Suspension

Ba8 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances.

• Violation of these Terms & Conditions.
• If evidence of fraudulent or deceptive activity is found.
• At the direction of legal or regulatory authorities.
• If an account shows no activity for an extended period (as per the inactive account policy).
• At the user's own request.

If an account is closed and no breach of terms is established, a balance refund process will be initiated. However, in cases of fraud or terms violations, all balances and bonuses may be forfeited.
